Shipments within the Netherlands and EU
De chocolade-specialist is gevestigd in Nederland en verzend ook naar de volgende landen binnen de EU: België, Duitsland, Denemarken, Frankrijk, Luxemburg, Polen, Oostenrijk, Tsjechië, Estland, Finland, Hongarije, Letland, Litouwen, Monaco, Roemenië, Slowakije, Slovenië, Zweden, Bulgarije, Griekenland, Ierland, Italië, Portugal, Spanje en Kroatië.
When will my chocolate be shipped?
Shipping within the Netherlands
Wij versturen standaard onze chocolade per brievenbuspakket met PostNL. Hiervoor hoef je niet thuis te blijven. Mocht de zending te groot zijn, dan versturen we het per pakketpost. De kosten zijn €4,95 voor een brievenbuspakket, en €6,95 voor een pakket. Zowel de brievenbuspakketten als de pakketpost worden van maandag t/m zaterdag bezorgd in heel Nederland.
The delivery time is normally 3-4 working days. After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with the scheduled delivery date and a Track & Trace code. Our minimum order value is € 15
Ordering during the week.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be packed and transferred to Tour de Ville the next day. Immediately after this you will receive a Track & Trace number, with which you can track your parcel. Within the Netherlands you will receive the parcel in principle within 3 days; in other countries the delivery time depends on the chosen courier and their local delivery times.
Ordered at the weekend
Orders placed over the weekend will be packed on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a holiday). You will then receive a Track & Trace number so you can track your parcel. We will make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Shipping gifts
Have you bought a chocolate package as a birthday or anniversary present? Would you like this to be delivered on a specific date please mention this when checking out your order.
Hot weather shipments
We ship chocolate only when the temperature is up to 24 °C. Before shipping, we check the weather forecast at our location, the destination and at locations along the route (if known). If the temperature remains above 24 °C, your order will be held until the weather is suitable for shipping. If you do not wish to wait, please contact us to cancel your order or discuss an alternative. To avoid packages remaining with the carrier over the weekend, we ship orders from Monday to Wednesday, depending on the expected transit time.
